You feed horribly because you are out laned by better players. The skill difference will be noticeable. It does, you are just misinterpreting win percentage. But you cant measure objectivly individual skills.

What you're talking about is the hero performace tab, which as far as anybody knows has nothing to do with matchmaking, and I'd be very surprised if it turned out it actually did.
